Lisa (left) and Lolita (right) were the first two learning disabled Trustees at Heart n Soul. They signified the change Heart n Soul was trying to make to ensure the Board of Trustees was fully inclusive.
Lisa went onto become a long-term Trustee at The Albany.
In their portraits, Lisa and Lolita, wanted to be seen together, but as different and having a sense of purpose. They want to be accepted for who they are and seen as strong women.
