VIDEO OF THE WEEK: NICOLA

Heart n Soul participants are among the many people being interviewed for The Big 30 Archive. Nicola has been coming to Allsorts, Heart n Soul creative sessions for adults with learning disabilities, for years but she was also part of The Media Team, a training course run by Heart n Soul from 2010 to 2012.

Nicola and her peers learnt skills such as film-making and editing, reporting and presenting skills and website design and have reported on events, such as our annual Beautiful Octopus Club Festival, ever since.

Among other things, Nicola spoke about her love of photography, making new friends, and winding people up. She also told us that she wants to change people's attitudes.
